Customers must inspect all goods at the time of collection or delivery.
Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported to Trailer Spare Parts Australia within 48 hours. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.
If a product is believed to be faulty, it must be returned to Trailer Spare Parts Australia for inspection.
All warranty claims are assessed to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or damage.
Where a fault is confirmed, Trailer Spare Parts Australia will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty and covered under warranty, Trailer Spare Parts Australia will cover reasonable freight costs associated with the return and replacement, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Tyres, wheels, and inflatable products must be inspected and correctly inflated prior to use.
Flat tyres, air loss, or damage caused by punctures, impact, under-inflation, over-inflation, incorrect fitment, or improper use are not considered manufacturing faults.
All tyre and wheel concerns must be inspected by Trailer Spare Parts Australia before any warranty assessment or replacement can be made.
Unless otherwise stated, products sold by Trailer Spare Parts Australia are supplied with a 12-month warranty under our Terms & Conditions.
This warranty does not apply to faults caused by:
Incorrect installation
Misuse, modification, or overloading
Lack of maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Some products are considered consumable or disposable items (such as bearings, brake pads, and similar components) and may not carry a warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items may be returned within 7 days of the invoice date, subject to prior approval.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in “as new” condition suitable for resale.
Approved returns may incur a 15% restocking fee, plus any applicable freight costs.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless required by Australian Consumer Law:
Specially ordered or custom-made items
Custom axles, including IRS, Overlay, and Drop Axles
Machined, assembled, fabricated, or modified products
Please ensure all measurements, specifications, and requirements are checked carefully before ordering.
All warranty and return claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from Trailer Spare Parts Australia (invoice or order number).
Trailer Spare Parts Australia is not responsible for labour costs, installation or removal charges, towing costs, loss of use, downtime, or any indirect or consequential losses associated with the supply or use of goods.
Any modification to goods supplied by Trailer Spare Parts Australia voids any applicable warranty.
Packaging damage or minor cosmetic marks that do not affect the performance, safety, or function of the product do not constitute a fault or warranty claim.
Warranty inspections and assessments may take a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the product and may require evaluation by a supplier or manufacturer.
Where goods are acquired for business or commercial purposes and are not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, remedies are limited to those permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
